A proud Florida native through and through, she brings genuine warmth and a tireless work ethic to everything she does, making sure the team stays organized, supported, and always one step ahead.
Her path to the legal world is anything but ordinary. Hailey began her career in healthcare, where she developed a deep-rooted passion for being there for people during life’s hardest moments. That same drive to help and advocate for others is what led her here — and what makes her so good at what she does. Now, she’s furthering her education by pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology, continuing to build the knowledge and skills that make her an asset to the team she serves.
In her role, Hailey works closely with Allyson to keep her day-to-day running smoothly, handling the administrative work that allows the rest of the staff to stay focused on what matters most — their clients. She’s the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps everything moving in the right direction.
When she’s not keeping the office running like clockwork, Hailey loves soaking up the outdoors, spending quality time with her family, and cuddling up with her two kitties. For her, it’s the simple things that matter most.
